Times Table
Read the 2× to 19× tables on screen, print blank multiplication worksheets on A4, and practise on screen with instant marking.
Nothing you type ever leaves your browser.
Pick the tables you want on screen, then print them all onto a single sheet of A4.
2–9× tables · ×1 – ×9 · 72 cells in total.
Questions are drawn at random from the tables you choose, and printed as an A4 worksheet with an answer key. You can pick which part is blank and whether the sums run across or in column form.
In the print dialog, change Destination to "Save as PDF" to get a file.
Questions come up at random and are marked the moment you answer. At the end you see which tables let you down.
Type the answer and press Enter.
Tap only the tables you want, anywhere from 2× to 19×. The quick-pick buttons cover 2–9×, 2–12× and 2–19×. The multiplier can run up to ×9, ×12 or ×19.
View one card per table, or the whole multiplication grid at a glance. Turning on "Even answers", "Multiples of 5" or "Square numbers" makes the pattern jump out.
Switch to "Printable worksheet", decide which part is blank (the answer or the multiplier), choose across or column form and how many questions, then print. The answer key comes with it.
In "Practise on screen" every answer is marked as you type it. At the end you see which tables went wrong, and "Practise only the weak tables" puts you straight back into those.
Yes. You can pick any table from 2× to 19×, and the multiplier can run to ×19 as well, so the chart and the worksheets go all the way to 19 × 19 = 361.
Yes. Press "Print / save as PDF" and change Destination to "Save as PDF" in the print dialog (on a Mac, use the PDF menu). You get a small file with real, selectable text.
There are three choices. Blanking the answer gives "7 × 8 = ?", blanking the multiplier gives "7 × ? = 56", and "Mixed" puts both kinds on the same page.
Yes. Choose "Column form" under question layout and the sums are set out vertically. Column form takes more room, so fewer questions fit on a page.
Type anything you like into "Shuffle key". With the same settings and the same key you get the identical worksheet back whenever you want. The key is printed in small type at the bottom of the sheet.
At the end, the tables you got wrong are listed worst first, and every wrong question shows both your answer and the correct one. "Practise only the weak tables" then sets a new round from just those.
You can allow 10 seconds or 5 seconds per question. When the time runs out the question is marked wrong and the next one appears. You can also work through with no limit at all.
Yes. There is not a single external library, so once the page has loaded it works with no network at all.
No. Everything happens inside your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Closing the page discards the practice record too.
